Creation has several fields that are pretty much self explanatory:

• ID: provide a local id for the document (facultative)
• Title: provide a title for the document
• Summary: enter a brief summary of the document
• Body Text: enter the body text of the document
• Format: Select which format you want to type the contents of this document in. If you are unsure of which format to use, just select StructuredText and type the document as you usually do. There is a really cool short hand notation available for StructuredText that speeds up HTML editing by a factor of 10 !
• Optional: Upload content This feature can be used if you already have the document in an existing file on your computer and want to add the contents of it to this document.

Please note that this takes precedence over the body text entered above, and all content in the field above will be replaced with the contents of the file supplied here.

Don't forget to press "Save".

Please don't forget to enter metadata for your document. See MetadataHelp for help with this feature.

Please note that you are unable to change the MetaData or edit the document if it is already published. To change Metadata or do editing of the document you have to retract it to private state.
