Case Studies

The overall goal of the case studies is to optimise the way in which semantically-enabled knowledge management is implemented to satisfy user requirements. Deliverables from the case-study workpackages will describe the results of these case-studies from the organisational and users’ viewpoints. WP8 (usability, optimisation of business benefits and benchmarking) will draw the experiences from the 3 case studies together to report generically on these issues. Various of the technical workpackages will report on the technical experiences from the case studies, e.g. see D1.15.1. In addition, learning from the case studies will be continuously fed back into the research and technology development process.
