There are two workpackages developing methodologies related to the use of semantically-enabled knowledge management.

WP7 will develop a methodology for introducing and applying the 3 core technologies within SEKT (ontology technology, knowledge discovery and human language technology) into enterprises. It will generate an initial baseline methodology in time to be applied and evaluated in the case studies, and also to be taken account of in the development of knowledge creation, management and access tools. At a later stage there will be an extended version of the methodology. The final deliverable will be a version of the methodology evaluated and amended in the light of the experience of the case studies.

WP8 will lay down guidelines for the case studies, including their analysis, and undertake a comparative analysis of the results based on user validation strategies and customers needs analysis.
